Point 7 - CONTROL OF HORSES IN PUBLIC PLACES

A person shall not keep, ride or drive a horse, with or without attached to such a horse an apparatus on wheels for the carriage of a person or persons thereon, on a public road or a public place, unless such a person is over the age of 16 years and unless such horse is wearing a proper fitting bridle and is under the control of such person so as to prevent injury or nuisance to persons or damage to property.
